Immune System Boosting - Daily Nutrition Protocol

Vitamin D3 = 2,000 – 5,000 I.U. Liquid Gel Cap is best form. (Do NOT use Vitamin D2)
Baker’s Yeast = ¼ Teaspoon Twice daily. Preferably interact with oral mucosal.
Other Benefits: HbA1C lowering, healing wounds, Canker Cores (Do NOT take if UC/ Crohn’s)
Vitamin C = 200 MG might be best blood saturation. 1000 mg Maximum. Take with food. Or eat more citrus fruit, bell peppers, and fruits as they are great Vit. C sources, and the most bioavailable.
Vitamin B12 = 500 mg Cyanocobalamin. Sublingual.
Garlic = ½ chopped clove raw = best. Reduced colds/flus, reduced duration, and reduced symptom severity. Roasted next best. Stir fry the worst. Do NOT apply to your skin as it burns the skin. Never on children’s skin. Garlic has many benefits for blood pressure, diabetes, etc.
Green Tea = Super Food - Drink as often as is reasonable.
Gargle = Tap Water, Salt Water, and Green Tea
Dink H20 = 500ml per hour = maximum. You do NOT need to drink your body weight in ounces. This is a false myth. (Alkaline H20 is a scam too!)
Diet Rich in Fruits and Vegetables, Whole Grains, Legumes = 64 times more antioxidants than Animal Foods. Plant-based diet is anti-inflammatory. Decreased C-reactive Protein, Decreased I.L.-6.
Echinacea = 20% decrease in incidence. But last on my list of recommendations.
